Hayley’s clinic will also focus on the recovery of eating disorders in the Albury/Wodonga region—a cause deeply personal to her, having experienced an eating disorder in her late teens. With empathy and understanding, she is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals on their healing journey.

Her warm and compassionate approach ensures that every client feels heard, valued, and empowered to take steps toward a healthier future.

Hayley looks forward to walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate their paths to healing and self-acceptance.

My Approach

An adult hand holding a child's hand against a plain background.

At the heart of my practice is a caring, compassionate, and inclusive approach that supports individuals of all ages - children, adolescents, adults, and families - in their journey to heal, grow, and flourish. I believe everyone deserves a safe, non-judgemental space to explore their emotions, build resilience, heal, and discover their unique strengths.

taking the first step towards healing

Reaching out for support is often the bravest and most important step on your journey to wellbeing. It takes courage to acknowledge that you - or your child- deserve a space to heal, grow, and flourish.

You are not alone

Whether it’s booking that initial session or simply having a conversation, this small act opens the door to understanding, compassion, and positive change. You’re not alone and taking this step means you’re already moving forward.
