I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and have over 18 years’ experience working with children and young people. I am deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families to build confidence, emotional understanding, and resilience.
I also bring lived experience of eating-related challenges during my early teenage years, which allows me to approach concerns around self-esteem, body image, and emotional wellbeing with empathy, care, and sensitivity — always within my professional scope of practice.
My approach focuses on helping young people recognise their strengths, develop confidence, and better understand their potential to flourish in life.

Sessions are $180 for a 50-minute appointment.
While counselling services are not currently covered under Medicare, I can provide an itemised receipt which may be used to claim a rebate through private health insurance, depending on your level of cover and provider.
If affordability is a concern, session frequency can be discussed, including spacing sessions further apart where appropriate.

Counselling sessions move at your pace, with a focus on building trust, emotional safety, and meaningful progress over time.
